Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products — including perfume oils and body musks- we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions — Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us via E-mail within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Upon receiving proof of damage, we will offer a replacement or full refund for verified damaged or faulty items. 

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
